I'm Neo — seventeen, German, based in Dubai. I started CASA as a promoter learning the events business from the inside, then built it into a brand running 25+ shows across Dubai, Berlin, and Hamburg before exiting the company. The mission was simple: the standard was low, I'd seen what good looked like, and I built something that matched it.
Since then I've shipped software people pay for — Veridian, an AI examiner that earned me an A* and now sells to schools and students, and Roster, a relationship manager I grew into a CRM. Alongside that I run Acro Studios (web design) and two e-commerce brands, Radia and Blanc Research.
I grew my family's portfolio from AED 3M to 16M+, I mentor founders, and I study A-Levels on a curriculum I built for myself.
